November has been full of exciting events! Our Terrific Tuesday featured Rick Steber, discussing his work and the process of writing western novels. Our fully restored Signal House Gallery opened with its first exhibit “A Tribute to Military”. Part of our ribbon cutting ceremony included a Quilt of Valor presentation, two veterans received quilts from EOQOV representative Anita Zimmerly. We rounded out the month with the East Oregonian book launch of Umatilla County Memories. This book is a beautiful collection of photos from around the county, many, not seen elsewhere. As we look to the end of the year December will round out our year in a big way, we hope you all will join us!
