This Week at the Museum- WWII Display
With the end of the remodel on the Signal House in sight, a small display has been added as a preview of what’s to come. The Museum received three new display cases from EOCI last week and this morning Anthony Bowman and Joe Ford stopped by to put the finishing touches on a small WWII exhibit located inside those cases. This is a sampling of the items that will soon be housed in the 1914 Signal House on the property. The restoration and repairs are almost complete, and an impressive collection of World War II items will find their new permanent home inside. Look for more details over the next month as we finish work on this exciting new exhibit space. In the meantime, stop by and check out some of the wonderful photos, uniform items, and even a German mine, on display now at the museum.
